The Plano ASG 2022 Fashion Show Garment Data Entry form
Thank you for helping make this year's annual meeting a success, by entering into our Fashion RunWay Show. Your fellow members appreciate your participation.
Please fill out this data form by October 15th, This information will be used by the fashion show announcer to introduce the runway participant and garments. Only Use this form to provide information about the garment(s) that will be modelled in the fashion show.
On the right side of this box, enter the number of garments to be introduced for a single walk down the runway. The subsequent form will provide a section for each garment. For example, if your will be modeling a skirt and jacket together that you made, then you will enter 2 in the box provided. You will be asked to enter the name of the sewist as well as the name for the model on the runway, and other garment specific information.
